Cancellation Policy
All appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost of the service(s). All appointments that required a deposit (retainer) will require a new retainer to reschedule if rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time. Similarly, when cancelling an appointment that requires a deposit (retainer) within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time, you are simultaneously surrendering said retainer.
